- 78 mlbuffalo sauce
- 30 mlbutter, melted
- 15 mlolive oil
- 3 mlgarlic powder
- 3 mlsalt
- 59 mlblue cheese dip (for serving)
- 237 mlcelery sticks (for serving)
Ingredients

- 0.33 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 cup blue cheese dip (for serving)
- 1 cup celery sticks (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt.
- Spread in single layer and roast 20 minutes, flipping once.
