Ingredients

  • 200 gsmoked mackerel fillets
  • 80 glight cream cheese
  • 1 tbsphorseradish sauce
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1fresh dill
  • 1black pepper
  • 8 piecesrye crispbreads

Ingredients

  • 200 g smoked mackerel fillets
  • 80 g light cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • small bunch fresh dill
  • to taste black pepper
  • 8 pieces rye crispbreads

Instructions

  1. Remove skin from mackerel, flake into a bowl.
  2. Add cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice and dill.
  3. Mash and mix to a rough pâté consistency.
  4. Season with pepper.
  5. Serve with rye crispbreads and cucumber slices.
