  • 30 gwhey protein (chocolate)
  • 80 mlalmond milk
  • 20 gpeanut butter
  • 30 grolled oats
  • 50 gsliced banana (for topping)
  • 10 mlhoney
  • 2 gcinnamon

  • 80 ml almond milk
  • 20 g peanut butter
  • 30 g rolled oats
  • 50 g sliced banana (for topping)
  • 10 ml honey
  • 2 g cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend açaí, Greek yogurt, frozen banana, whey protein, and almond milk until very thick.
  2. Pour into a chilled bowl.
  3. Top with rolled oats, sliced banana, and a spoonful of peanut butter.
  4. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle cinnamon.
  5. Eat within 30 minutes post-workout for best recovery.
