Ingredients

  • 200 gcanned sardines in oil
  • 200 gwhite rice
  • 1 mediumonion
  • 2 piecegarlic cloves
  • 2 mediumtomatoes
  • 10 mlolive oil
  • 4 gsalt
  • 3 gpaprika
  • 15 gparsley
  • 15 mllime juice

Ingredients

  • 200 g canned sardines in oil
  • 200 g white rice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 piece garlic cloves
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 4 g salt
  • 3 g paprika
  • 15 g parsley
  • 15 ml lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cook rice in salted water with a drizzle of olive oil until done.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until golden.
  3. Add diced tomatoes and paprika. Cook 5 minutes.
  4. Flake sardines into the tomato mixture, heat through 2 minutes.
  5. Fold sardine mixture into cooked rice. Add lime juice and parsley. Serve immediately.
