  • 50 gprosciutto crudo
  • 6 leavesfresh sage
  • 2 unitgarlic cloves
  • 60 mlwhite wine
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • 1salt and pepper

  • 50 g prosciutto crudo
  • 6 leaves fresh sage
  • 2 unit garlic cloves
  • 60 ml white wine
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Lay sage leaves on prosciutto slices. Wrap the tenderloin tightly. Season with pepper.
  2. Sear wrapped tenderloin in olive oil 2 minutes per side. Add garlic.
  3. Add white wine, cover, and cook on low 15 minutes until internal temp reaches 65°C. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
