- 700 gbeef fillet tips
- 350 gtomatoes
- 3 unitsserrano chiles
- 180 gwhite onion
- 4 clovesgarlic
- 15 gcilantro
- 30 mlvegetable oil
- 5 gsalt and pepper

- 700 g beef fillet tips
- 350 g tomatoes
- 3 units serrano chiles
- 180 g white onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 15 g cilantro
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 5 g salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cut fillet tips into 3cm pieces, season.
- Sear beef in very hot oil until browned on all sides, remove.
- Sauté onion and serrano in same pan.
- Add diced tomato and garlic, cook until softened.
- Return beef, add cilantro and toss.
- Simmer 3 min, serve with white rice and tortillas.
