Ingredients
- 300 gmasa harina
- 250 mlwarm water
- 400 gground beef
- 200 grefried beans
- 250 gtomatoes
- 100 gonion
- 2 unitsserrano
- 80 mlMexican cream
- 80 gCotija cheese
- 80 glettuce
- 60 mlvegetable oil
Ingredients
- 300 g masa harina
- 250 ml warm water
- 400 g ground beef
- 200 g refried beans
- 250 g tomatoes
- 100 g onion
- 2 units serrano
- 80 ml Mexican cream
- 80 g Cotija cheese
- 80 g lettuce
- 60 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix masa with water and salt, form into thick discs, cook on comal.
- While warm, pinch up edges to create a rim.
- Fry sopes in oil until lightly golden.
- Brown ground beef with onion, serrano and diced tomato.
- Spread beans on sopes, top with beef mixture.
- Garnish with cream, Cotija and shredded lettuce.
