- 200 gsmoked mackerel fillets
- 80 glight cream cheese
- 1 tbsphorseradish sauce
- 2 tbsplemon juice
- 1fresh dill
- 1black pepper
- 8 piecesrye crispbreads

- 80 g light cream cheese
- 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- small bunch fresh dill
- to taste black pepper
- 8 pieces rye crispbreads
Instructions
- Remove skin from mackerel, flake into a bowl.
- Add cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice and dill.
- Mash and mix to a rough pâté consistency.
- Season with pepper.
- Serve with rye crispbreads and cucumber slices.
