- 12 wholebacon slices
- 12 wholeeggs
- 237 mlcheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 wholegreen onion, chopped
- 5 mlhot sauce
- 3 mlblack pepper
- 15 mlcooking spray

- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 whole green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Line each muffin cup with one strip of bacon, pressing it along the sides.
- Crack one egg into each bacon cup.
- Top each with shredded cheddar and a few green onion pieces.
- Season with black pepper and a drop of hot sauce.
- Bake 18–20 minutes until eggs are set and bacon is crispy. Cool 5 minutes before removing.
