Instructions
- Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture. Sauté with garlic in olive oil for 3 minutes.
- Whisk eggs with ricotta, Parmigiano, salt, and pepper. Stir in zucchini and torn basil.
- Pour into oven-safe pan. Cook on stove 3 minutes until edges set, then bake at 180°C for 10 minutes until puffed and golden.
