Ingredients

  • 908 gsirloin steak, cubed (1-inch)
  • 2 mediumsweet potato, cubed
  • 474 mlkale, chopped
  • 1 can (14oz)canned diced tomatoes
  • 711 mlbeef broth
  • 1 wholeyellow onion, diced
  • 4 wholegarlic cloves, minced
  • 30 mltomato paste
  • 15 mlWorcestershire sauce
  • 5 mlsmoked paprika
  • 3 mlthyme
  • 30 mlolive oil

Ingredients

  • 2 lb sirloin steak, cubed (1-inch)
  • 2 medium sweet potato, cubed
  • 2 cup kale, chopped
  • 1 can (14oz) canned diced tomatoes
  • 3 cup beef broth
  • 1 whole yellow onion, diced
  • 4 whole garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season beef with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear in batches in oil over high heat.
  2. Remove beef. Sauté onion and garlic in same pot 3 min.
  3. Add tomato paste, cook 1 min. Add broth, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire, and thyme.
  4. Return beef. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour.
  5. Add sweet potatoes and cook 20 more minutes until tender.
  6. Stir in kale in last 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning.
