Ingredients
- 908 gsirloin steak, cubed (1-inch)
- 2 mediumsweet potato, cubed
- 474 mlkale, chopped
- 1 can (14oz)canned diced tomatoes
- 711 mlbeef broth
- 1 wholeyellow onion, diced
- 4 wholegarlic cloves, minced
- 30 mltomato paste
- 15 mlWorcestershire sauce
- 5 mlsmoked paprika
- 3 mlthyme
- 30 mlolive oil
Ingredients
- 2 lb sirloin steak, cubed (1-inch)
- 2 medium sweet potato, cubed
- 2 cup kale, chopped
- 1 can (14oz) canned diced tomatoes
- 3 cup beef broth
- 1 whole yellow onion, diced
- 4 whole garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season beef with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear in batches in oil over high heat.
- Remove beef. Sauté onion and garlic in same pot 3 min.
- Add tomato paste, cook 1 min. Add broth, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire, and thyme.
- Return beef. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour.
- Add sweet potatoes and cook 20 more minutes until tender.
- Stir in kale in last 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning.
