- 800 mlbeef stock

- 300 g pork spare ribs
- 100 g chorizo
- 200 g white beans canned
- 200 g butternut squash
- 1 whole white onion
- 4 g paprika
- 2 g cumin
- 800 ml beef stock
Instructions
- Brown pork ribs and chorizo; remove.
- Sauté onion with paprika and cumin.
- Add squash, hominy, beans, and stock.
- Return pork and chorizo.
- Simmer 40 min until ribs are tender.
- Adjust seasoning; serve in bowls.
