- 200 ghominy corn (white, dried)
- 200 mlcoconut milk
- 25 gprotein powder (vanilla)
- 20 mlhoney
- 20 gpumpkin seeds
- 1 mediumbanana
- 3 gcinnamon
- 2 gsalt
- 600 mlwater

- 200 g hominy corn (white, dried)
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 25 g protein powder (vanilla)
- 20 ml honey
- 20 g pumpkin seeds
- 1 medium banana
- 3 g cinnamon
- 2 g salt
- 600 ml water
Instructions
- Soak hominy corn overnight in cold water. Drain.
- Pressure cook hominy with water and salt for 30 minutes until soft.
- Add coconut milk and honey. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in protein powder off heat until smooth.
- Serve in bowls topped with pumpkin seeds, sliced banana, and cinnamon.
