Ingredients

  • 600 gchicken wings or small pieces
  • 5 piecegarlic cloves
  • 40 mllime juice
  • 8 gsalt
  • 4 gblack pepper
  • 5 gpaprika
  • 5 gdried oregano
  • 60 gall-purpose flour
  • 500 mlvegetable oil (for frying)
  • 15 gparsley

Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken wings or small pieces
  • 5 piece garlic cloves
  • 40 ml lime juice
  • 8 g salt
  • 4 g black pepper
  • 5 g paprika
  • 5 g dried oregano
  • 60 g all-purpose flour
  • 500 ml vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 15 g parsley

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano for at least 1 hour.
  2. Drain chicken and lightly coat in flour.
  3. Heat oil to 180°C. Fry chicken pieces in batches for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lime wedges and hot sauce.
