Ingredients
- 200 gcanned sardines in oil
- 200 gwhite rice
- 1 mediumonion
- 2 piecegarlic cloves
- 2 mediumtomatoes
- 10 mlolive oil
- 4 gsalt
- 3 gpaprika
- 15 gparsley
- 15 mllime juice
Ingredients
- 200 g canned sardines in oil
- 200 g white rice
- 1 medium onion
- 2 piece garlic cloves
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 10 ml olive oil
- 4 g salt
- 3 g paprika
- 15 g parsley
- 15 ml lime juice
Instructions
- Cook rice in salted water with a drizzle of olive oil until done.
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until golden.
- Add diced tomatoes and paprika. Cook 5 minutes.
- Flake sardines into the tomato mixture, heat through 2 minutes.
- Fold sardine mixture into cooked rice. Add lime juice and parsley. Serve immediately.
