- 1 cupsev (thin chickpea noodles)
- 1 tbspcilantro and lemon

- 1.5 tsp chaat masala
- 0.5 tsp red chili powder
- 0.5 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 0.25 cup sev (thin chickpea noodles)
- 2 tbsp cilantro and lemon
Instructions
- Pan-fry boiled potato cubes in oil over high heat until crispy and golden; season with salt.
- Transfer to a serving plate; drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney.
- Spoon yogurt over and sprinkle chaat masala, cumin powder, and red chili powder.
- Top with sev for crunch.
- Garnish with cilantro and a squeeze of lemon; serve immediately.
