Ingredients
- 1 gpaneer, cubed
- 1 cupyogurt
- 1 tbsptikka masala spice blend
- 1 mediumonion, blended
- 1 cuptomato puree
- 1 tbspcream
- 1 tbspgarlic-ginger paste
- 1 tbspbutter
- 1 tbspoil
- 1 tspkasuri methi (dried fenugreek)
- 1 tspsalt
Ingredients
- 400 g paneer, cubed
- 0.5 cup yogurt
- 3 tbsp tikka masala spice blend
- 2 medium onion, blended
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 4 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek)
- 1.5 tsp salt
Instructions
- Marinate paneer in yogurt, 1 tbsp tikka masala, and salt for 15 minutes.
- Grill or pan-fry marinated paneer until lightly charred on both sides; set aside.
- Heat butter and oil; sauté blended onion until golden, about 10 minutes.
- Add garlic-ginger paste and remaining spices; cook 2 minutes.
- Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates, 8 minutes.
- Stir in cream and grilled paneer; simmer 5 minutes.
- Crush kasuri methi between palms and stir in; serve with naan.
