  • 1 tspchili flakes
  • 2 unitgarlic cloves
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 1 tsplemon zest
  • 1 sprigfresh rosemary
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • 1salt and pepper

  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 unit garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Butterfly chicken. Marinate in chili, garlic, lemon, rosemary, and oil for 30 minutes.
  2. Grill on high heat, pressing flat with a heavy pan, 5 minutes per side.
  3. Rest 3 minutes. Serve with extra lemon.
