- 2 unit garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions
- Butterfly chicken. Marinate in chili, garlic, lemon, rosemary, and oil for 30 minutes.
- Grill on high heat, pressing flat with a heavy pan, 5 minutes per side.
- Rest 3 minutes. Serve with extra lemon.
