Ingredients
- 250 gmachaca (dried shredded beef)
- 8 unitseggs
- 250 gtomatoes
- 100 gwhite onion
- 1 unitAnaheim or poblano chile
- 2 clovesgarlic
- 20 mlvegetable oil
- 8 unitsflour tortillas
- 15 gcilantro
Ingredients
- 250 g machaca (dried shredded beef)
- 8 units eggs
- 250 g tomatoes
- 100 g white onion
- 1 unit Anaheim or poblano chile
- 2 cloves garlic
- 20 ml vegetable oil
- 8 units flour tortillas
- 15 g cilantro
Instructions
- Soak machaca in water 10 min to rehydrate slightly, drain.
- Sauté onion, garlic and diced chile in oil.
- Add machaca and stir-fry 3 min.
- Add diced tomato, cook 3 min.
- Pour beaten eggs over mixture, scramble to desired doneness.
- Serve in flour tortillas with salsa and cilantro.
