- 500 glarge shrimp, peeled
- 12 unitscorn tortillas
- 1 unitmango
- 1 unitjalapeño
- 60 gred onion
- 20 gcilantro
- 3 unitslime
- 1 unitavocado
- 60 mlMexican cream
- 5 gchili powder
- 3 gcumin
Ingredients
- 500 g large shrimp, peeled
- 12 units corn tortillas
- 1 unit mango
- 1 unit jalapeño
- 60 g red onion
- 20 g cilantro
- 3 units lime
- 1 unit avocado
- 60 ml Mexican cream
- 5 g chili powder
- 3 g cumin
Instructions
- Season shrimp with chili powder, cumin, salt and lime zest.
- Dice mango, jalapeño, red onion and cilantro for salsa; dress with lime.
- Blend avocado with cream and lime for crema.
