- 300 gcooked tiger prawns
- 2 wholeripe avocados
- 0.5 piececucumber
- 80 gmixed leaves
- 3 tbsplight mayo
- 1 tbspketchup
- 0.5 tspWorcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 1paprika
Ingredients
- 300 g cooked tiger prawns
- 2 whole ripe avocados
- 0.5 piece cucumber
- 80 g mixed leaves
- 3 tbsp light mayo
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 0.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- pinch paprika
Instructions
- Mix mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire and lemon for Marie Rose dressing.
- Halve, stone and slice avocados.
- Slice cucumber, arrange leaves on plates with cucumber.
- Add prawns and avocado.
- Drizzle Marie Rose dressing. Dust with paprika and serve chilled.
