  • empanada dough discs
  • beef mince
  • white onion
  • eggs hard-boiled chopped
  • green olives halved
  • raisins
  • paprika
  • cumin
  • sunflower oil

Ingredients

  • 12 whole empanada dough discs
  • 300 g beef mince
  • 1 whole white onion
  • 2 whole eggs hard-boiled chopped
  • 40 g green olives halved
  • 20 g raisins
  • 3 g paprika
  • 2 g cumin
  • 20 ml sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion in oil 5 min; add mince, paprika, cumin; cook 8 min.
  2. Cool filling; mix in eggs, olives, and raisins.
  3. Place heaped tablespoon filling on each disc; fold and crimp edges.
  4. Brush with egg wash.
  5. Bake at 200°C for 18–20 min until golden.
