- 3 whole eggs
- 80 g chorizo
- 200 g canned tomatoes
- 0.5 whole red capsicum
- 2 whole garlic cloves
- 2 g paprika
- 1 g cumin
- 10 ml olive oil
- 2 slice crusty bread
Instructions
- Slice chorizo; brown in olive oil.
- Add garlic, capsicum, paprika, and cumin; stir 2 min.
- Add tomatoes; simmer 8 min.
- Make 3 wells; crack eggs in.
- Cover; cook 5–7 min until whites set.
- Serve with crusty bread.
