  • 200 g self-raising flour
  • 2 g salt
  • 120 ml water
  • 120 g cold-smoked salmon
  • 60 g cream cheese
  • 15 g capers
  • 5 g dill
  • 2 whole lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and salt; add water to form a dough.
  2. Divide into 4 rounds; wrap in foil.
  3. Cook in campfire coals 15–20 min turning halfway.
  4. Unwrap; top with cream cheese, salmon, capers, and dill.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
