Ingredients

  • 2 rackpork baby back ribs (rack)
  • 2 tbspsmoked paprika
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 0.5 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1.5 tspsalt
  • 0.5 cupBBQ sauce
  • 2 tbspapple cider vinegar

Ingredients

  • 2 rack pork baby back ribs (rack)
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Remove membrane from back of ribs.
  2. Mix paprika, garlic, onion, pepper, cayenne, brown sugar, and salt for dry rub.
  3. Rub generously on both sides of ribs. Rest 30 min or overnight.
  4. Wrap in foil and bake at 275°F for 2.5–3 hours until tender.
  5. Mix BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar. Unwrap ribs, brush with sauce.
  6. Grill or broil 5–8 minutes for char and caramelization.
