Ingredients
- 400 g canned chickpeas
- 150 g shrimp (cooked)
- 1 medium onion
- 15 ml dendê oil
- 3 g cumin
- 3 g paprika
- 4 g salt
- 80 g mixed salad greens
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 piece egg
- 1 piece lime
Instructions
- Drain and mash chickpeas with onion, cumin, paprika, and salt. Form into 4 small patties.
- Fry patties in dendê oil over medium heat, 3 minutes per side until crispy.
- Hard-boil egg, peel and halve.
- Arrange salad greens and tomato in a bowl.
- Top with crispy patties, shrimp, egg halves. Squeeze lime over everything.
