  • black beans (cooked)
  • chicken breast
  • onion
  • garlic cloves
  • bay leaf
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • turmeric
  • lime

Ingredients

  • 200 g white rice
  • 300 g black beans (cooked)
  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 piece garlic cloves
  • 1 piece bay leaf
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 5 g salt
  • 2 g turmeric
  • 1 piece lime

Instructions

  1. Cook rice with garlic, salt, turmeric, and bay leaf in 2:1 water ratio.
  2. In a saucepan, heat olive oil and fry onion until golden. Add beans with their liquid and season.
  3. Season chicken breast with salt, garlic, and lime juice. Grill on medium-high for 6-7 min per side.
  4. Slice chicken and serve over rice and beans.
