- 300 g canned tuna in water
- 150 g hearts of palm (canned)
- 2 piece eggs (hard-boiled)
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 40 g green olives
- 50 g onion (red)
- 20 ml olive oil
- 25 ml lime juice
- 3 g salt
- 15 g parsley
Instructions
- Drain tuna and flake into a bowl.
- Slice hearts of palm, halve cherry tomatoes, dice red onion.
- Combine tuna, hearts of palm, tomatoes, olives, and onion.
- Whisk olive oil, lime juice, and salt together. Pour over salad and toss.
- Top with quartered eggs and fresh parsley. Serve chilled.
