- cassava flour (farofa)
- linguiça sausage
- eggs
- kale (shredded)
- garlic cloves
- olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
- chili flakes

- 250 g pinto beans (cooked)
- 70 g cassava flour (farofa)
- 100 g linguiça sausage
- 4 piece eggs
- 60 g kale (shredded)
- 2 piece garlic cloves
- 15 ml olive oil
- 4 g salt
- 2 g black pepper
- 2 g chili flakes
Instructions
- Fry sausage in olive oil until crispy. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Add beans and heat through. Add kale and stir until wilted.
- Add farofa and toast in the pan, 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Push everything to the sides. Crack eggs into the center.
- Scramble eggs gently into the mix. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Serve hot.
