  • lime juice

  • 500 g tilapia or corvina fillets
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 3 piece garlic cloves
  • 5 g paprika
  • 3 g cumin
  • 5 g salt
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 20 g fresh cilantro
  • 2 g chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix lime juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and olive oil into a marinade.
  2. Coat fish fillets in marinade and let sit 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill fish 3-4 minutes per side until opaque and slightly charred.
  5. Serve with fresh cilantro, extra lime, and farofa or rice on the side.
