Ingredients

  • 6 wholeegg whites
  • 2 ozdeli turkey, thin-sliced
  • 1 cupbaby spinach
  • 0.5 wholetomato, diced
  • 1 slicelow-fat Swiss cheese
  • 0.3 tspsalt
  • 0.3 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspolive oil spray
  • 1 dashhot sauce (optional)

  • 2 oz deli turkey, thin-sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 0.5 whole tomato, diced
  • 1 slice low-fat Swiss cheese
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil spray
  • 1 dash hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk egg whites with salt and pepper.
  2. Spray a 10-inch nonstick skillet with olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Pour in egg whites and let them set on the bottom, 1–2 minutes.
  4. Add turkey, spinach, tomato, and Swiss cheese to one half.
  5. Once edges are set, fold omelet in half over the filling.
  6. Cook 1 more minute until cheese melts. Slide onto plate. Dash with hot sauce if desired.
