- 6 wholeegg whites
- 2 ozdeli turkey, thin-sliced
- 1 cupbaby spinach
- 0.5 wholetomato, diced
- 1 slicelow-fat Swiss cheese
- 0.3 tspsalt
- 0.3 tspblack pepper
- 1 tspolive oil spray
- 1 dashhot sauce (optional)
Ingredients
- 6 whole egg whites
- 2 oz deli turkey, thin-sliced
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 0.5 whole tomato, diced
- 1 slice low-fat Swiss cheese
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil spray
- 1 dash hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk egg whites with salt and pepper.
- Spray a 10-inch nonstick skillet with olive oil over medium heat.
- Pour in egg whites and let them set on the bottom, 1–2 minutes.
- Add turkey, spinach, tomato, and Swiss cheese to one half.
- Once edges are set, fold omelet in half over the filling.
- Cook 1 more minute until cheese melts. Slide onto plate. Dash with hot sauce if desired.
