  • 2 lbcooked turkey breast, shredded
  • 0.5 cupGreek yogurt (plain)
  • 2 wholecelery stalks, finely diced
  • 1 tbspDijon mustard
  • 1 tspapple cider vinegar
  • 0.3 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbspfresh dill
  • 0.5 tspsalt and pepper
  • 2 wholegreen onion, sliced

  • 2 whole celery stalks, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 0.5 tsp salt and pepper
  • 2 whole green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Shred cooked turkey into small pieces using two forks.
  2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Dijon, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and dill.
  3. Fold in shredded turkey, celery, and green onion.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve in lettuce cups, on rice cakes, in pita, or with whole-grain crackers.
