  • beef sirloin steak
  • rocket (arugula)
  • Parmigiano Reggiano (shaved)
  • cherry tomatoes
  • lemon
  • olive oil
  • rosemary
  • salt and black pepper

Ingredients

  • 300 g beef sirloin steak
  • 80 g rocket (arugula)
  • 25 g Parmigiano Reggiano (shaved)
  • 60 g cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 unit lemon
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • to taste salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season steak generously. Sear in very hot pan 2–3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  2. Rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
  3. Arrange rocket on plate, top with beef slices. Scatter Parmigiano, tomatoes. Squeeze lemon, drizzle oil.
