- 25 g vanilla protein powder
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 120 g ricotta
- 60 g sour cherry jam (low sugar)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- Mix oat flour, protein powder, 1 egg, honey, and olive oil into dough. Press into tart tin.
- Blend ricotta with 1 egg, lemon zest, and 1 tsp honey. Spread over crust.
- Dot with cherry jam in lattice or random drops. Bake at 175°C for 25 minutes.
