  • 0.3 cupbuffalo sauce
  • 2 tbspbutter, melted
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 0.5 tspgarlic powder
  • 0.5 tspsalt
  • 0.3 cupblue cheese dip (for serving)
  • 1 cupcelery sticks (for serving)

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 cup blue cheese dip (for serving)
  • 1 cup celery sticks (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Spread in single layer and roast 20 minutes, flipping once.
  4. Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter. Pour over cauliflower and toss.
  5. Return to oven for 5 more minutes until caramelized.
  6. Serve immediately with blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
