- 2 lbground turkey (93% lean)
- 2 wholeegg
- 0.3 cuppanko breadcrumbs
- 0.3 cupParmesan cheese, grated
- 3 wholegarlic cloves, minced
- 1.5 tspdried Italian seasoning
- 0.5 tsponion powder
- 1 tspsalt
- 0.5 tspblack pepper
- 1 tbspolive oil spray
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
- 2 whole egg
- 0.33 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 whole garlic cloves, minced
- 1.5 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment and spray with olive oil.
- Combine turkey, eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix until just combined — do not overwork.
- Form into 25–30 equal meatballs (about 1.5 inches each) and place on sheet.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and cooked through (165°F internal).
- Cool completely before portioning into 5 meal prep containers.
