- Mexican rice
- avocado

- 600 g skirt steak
- 4 units large flour tortillas
- 250 g refried pinto beans
- 200 g Mexican rice
- 2 units avocado
- 150 g shredded cheese (Chihuahua)
- 2 units lime
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 g cumin
- 5 g chili powder
- 80 ml sour cream
Instructions
- Marinate steak in lime, garlic, cumin and chili powder 30 min.
- Grill steak over high heat 4 min per side. Rest and dice.
- Mash avocado with lime and salt.
- Warm tortillas until pliable.
- Layer each tortilla with beans, rice, carne asada, guacamole, cheese and sour cream.
- Fold and roll into tight burrito.
- Toast seam-side down in dry skillet until sealed.
