Ingredients

  • 2 lbground turkey (93% lean)
  • 2 cankidney beans, drained
  • 2 can (14oz)canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 wholeyellow onion, diced
  • 1 wholebell pepper, diced
  • 4 wholegarlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbspchili powder
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1 tspsmoked paprika
  • 2 tbsptomato paste
  • 1 cupchicken broth

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground turkey (93% lean)
  • 2 can kidney beans, drained
  • 2 can (14oz) canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 whole yellow onion, diced
  • 1 whole bell pepper, diced
  • 4 whole garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Brown turkey with onion and garlic in a large pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add bell pepper, cook 2 min. Stir in tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, and paprika.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and broth.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer uncovered 30 minutes.
  5. Adjust seasoning. Serve with optional Greek yogurt, shredded cheese, and green onion.
