- onion
- garlic
- epazote
- lard

Ingredients
- 700 g pork shoulder
- 300 g dried black beans
- 2 units chipotle chiles in adobo
- 150 g onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 5 g epazote
- 20 g lard
- 8 g salt
Instructions
- Soak beans overnight, drain.
- Cube pork, brown in lard with onion and garlic.
- Add beans, chipotle, epazote and enough water to cover.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 1.5 hours.
- Season and serve with corn tortillas.
