- breadcrumbs
- telera rolls
- black beans, refried
- avocado
- chipotle in adobo
- mayonnaise
- pickled jalapeños
- tomato
- vegetable oil
Ingredients
- 600 g thin beef cutlets
- 3 units eggs
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- 4 units telera rolls
- 200 g black beans, refried
- 2 units avocado
- 1 unit chipotle in adobo
- 60 g mayonnaise
- 40 g pickled jalapeños
- 1 unit tomato
- 250 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
- Pound cutlets thin, season, dip in beaten egg then breadcrumbs.
- Fry in 175°C oil until golden, about 3 min per side.
- Blend chipotle with mayo.
- Slice telera rolls, toast cut side.
- Spread beans on bottom half, mayo on top.
- Layer with milanesa, avocado slices, tomato, jalapeños and lettuce.
