  • rolled oats
  • semi-skimmed milk
  • vanilla whey protein
  • banana
  • peanut butter
  • honey
  • chia seeds
  • pinch of salt

Ingredients

  • 80 g rolled oats
  • 250 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 30 g vanilla whey protein
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 pinch pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, milk and salt in a saucepan. Bring to simmer, stirring.
  2. Cook 5 minutes until thick and creamy.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in whey protein until smooth.
  4. Pour into bowl, top with sliced banana, peanut butter and honey.
  5. Sprinkle chia seeds. Serve immediately.
