- Stilton cheese
- brioche buns

- balsamic vinegar
- rocket
- beef tomato
- Worcestershire sauce
- garlic powder
- olive oil
Ingredients
- 400 g lean beef mince 10%
- 60 g Stilton cheese
- 2 pieces brioche buns
- 2 large onions
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- handful rocket
- 1 large beef tomato
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Slowly caramelise onions in oil with balsamic 20 minutes. Set aside.
- Mix mince with Worcestershire and garlic powder. Form 2 thick patties.
- Grill or griddle 4 minutes each side for medium.
- Top with Stilton for the last minute to melt.
- Toast buns. Layer rocket, tomato, burger, Stilton, caramelised onions.
- Serve with extra Worcestershire on the side.
