  • 681 gground beef (80/20)
  • 6 wholebacon strips, cooked
  • 2 wholeavocado, diced
  • 948 mliceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 119 mldill pickles, sliced
  • 119 mlcheddar cheese, shredded
  • 237 mlcherry tomatoes, halved
  • 45 mlmayonnaise
  • 15 mlketchup (low-sugar)
  • 5 mlmustard
  • 5 mlsalt and pepper

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 6 whole bacon strips, cooked
  • 2 whole avocado, diced
  • 4 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 0.5 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup (low-sugar)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Cook patties in a hot skillet 4–5 min per side. Top with cheddar in last minute.
  3. Make special sauce: mix mayo, ketchup, and mustard.
  4. Build bowls: shredded lettuce base, then crumble or chop the patty.
  5. Add bacon, avocado, pickles, and tomatoes.
  6. Drizzle generously with special sauce.
