- 2 lbground beef (80/20)
- 6 stripsbacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cupcheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 wholeeggs
- 0.5 cupheavy cream
- 0.5 cupdill pickles, diced
- 0.5 wholeyellow onion, diced
- 1 tspgarlic powder
- 0.5 tspmustard powder
- 1 tspsalt and pepper

- 2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 whole eggs
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup dill pickles, diced
- 0.5 whole yellow onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- Brown beef with onion, garlic powder, and salt over medium-high heat. Drain fat.
- Spread beef evenly in baking dish. Top with pickles and bacon.
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, and mustard powder. Pour over beef mixture.
- Top with shredded cheddar.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until egg is set and cheese is golden and bubbly.
