- 4 wholesalmon fillets
- 59 mlBBQ sauce
- 15 mlhoney
- 5 mlsmoked paprika
- 3 mlgarlic powder
- 3 wholecorn ears, grilled then cut off cob
- 0.3 wholered onion, diced small
- 30 mlcilantro, chopped
- 30 mllime juice
- 15 mlolive oil
Ingredients
- 4 whole salmon fillets
- 0.25 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 3 whole corn ears, grilled then cut off cob
- 0.25 whole red onion, diced small
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix BBQ sauce, honey, smoked paprika, and garlic powder for the glaze.
- Brush salmon fillets with glaze on both sides.
- Grill on medium-high heat 4–5 minutes per side, brushing again halfway through.
- For corn salad: toss corn, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil.
- Serve salmon fillet over a bed of the grilled corn salad.
