  • 681 gground beef (80/20)
  • 4 wholeAmerican cheese slices
  • 8 wholeiceberg lettuce leaves (large)
  • 16 wholedill pickle chips
  • 0.5 wholeonion, thin-sliced
  • 10 mlmustard
  • 45 mlmayonnaise
  • 15 mlketchup (low-sugar)
  • 5 mlsalt and pepper

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 whole American cheese slices
  • 8 whole iceberg lettuce leaves (large)
  • 16 whole dill pickle chips
  • 0.5 whole onion, thin-sliced
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup (low-sugar)
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix mayo, ketchup, and mustard to make special sauce.
  2. Form beef into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 4 min per side.
  4. Top each patty with American cheese, cover 30 seconds to melt.
  5. Layer two iceberg lettuce leaves for each wrap (for sturdiness).
  6. Add patty, pickles, onion slices, and a generous drizzle of special sauce. Wrap and serve.
