- 178 mlGreek yogurt (plain, 0% fat)
- 1 scoopvanilla protein powder
- 59 mlalmond milk, unsweetened
- 59 mlgranola (low-sugar)
- 59 mlfresh blueberries
- 0.3 wholebanana, sliced
- 15 mlhemp seeds
- 5 mlalmond butter

- 1.5 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 0.75 cup Greek yogurt (plain, 0% fat)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 0.25 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 0.25 cup granola (low-sugar)
- 0.25 cup fresh blueberries
- 0.25 whole banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp almond butter
Instructions
- Blend frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and almond milk until very thick.
- Add just enough almond milk to get the blender moving — keep it thick.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Top with granola, fresh blueberries, banana slices, hemp seeds, and a swirl of almond butter.
- Eat immediately before it melts.
