Ingredients
- 908 gchicken breast, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- 30 mldry ranch seasoning
- 45 mlolive oil
- 30 mllemon juice
- 3 wholegarlic cloves, minced
- 2 wholebell peppers, chunked
- 1 wholered onion, chunked
- 1 wholezucchini, sliced thick
- 8 wholewooden or metal skewers
Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken breast, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 whole garlic cloves, minced
- 2 whole bell peppers, chunked
- 1 whole red onion, chunked
- 1 whole zucchini, sliced thick
- 8 whole wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, ranch seasoning, lemon juice, and garlic. Marinate chicken at least 30 min.
- If using wooden skewers, soak in water 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken and veggies alternating on skewers.
- Grill over medium-high heat 6–7 min per side until chicken is cooked through.
- Rest 3 minutes before serving.
- Serve with extra ranch dip on the side.
