- 300 gMexican chorizo

- 12 unitscorn tortillas
- 80 gwhite onion
- 1 unitserrano chile
- 150 gtomato
- 15 gcilantro
- 120 mlsalsa verde

- 300 g Mexican chorizo
- 8 units eggs
- 12 units corn tortillas
- 80 g white onion
- 1 unit serrano chile
- 150 g tomato
- 15 g cilantro
- 120 ml salsa verde
- 2 units lime
Instructions
- Remove chorizo from casing, cook in skillet until fat renders and meat is cooked.
- Add diced onion and serrano, cook 2 min.
- Add diced tomato, cook 2 min.
- Pour in beaten eggs, scramble gently with chorizo until just set.
- Warm tortillas, fill with chorizo-egg mixture.
- Serve with salsa verde, cilantro and lime.
