Ingredients
- 400 gsirloin steak
- 200 gtenderstem broccoli
- 1fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 3 clovesgarlic
- 2 tbspred wine vinegar
- 4 tbspolive oil
- 0.5 tspchilli flakes
- 1 tspdried oregano
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 1salt and pepper
Ingredients
- 400 g sirloin steak
- 200 g tenderstem broccoli
- large bunch fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Blitz parsley, garlic, vinegar, 3 tbsp oil, chilli, oregano and lemon for chimichurri.
- Season steak generously. Heat griddle pan until smoking.
- Grill steak 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest 5 minutes.
- Blanch broccoli 2 minutes, drain, toss in remaining oil and seasoning. Griddle 2 minutes.
- Slice steak, serve with chimichurri and broccoli.
